Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026.
1. Who we are
Papail is an Instagram automation service, operated from the Republic of Guinea and available at papail.com. In this document, "we" means Papail and "you" means the person using the service.
2. What the service does
You give us an Instagram username. From then on, our system regularly checks that public account for new posts, then triggers interactions — followers, likes, views, comments, saves, shares, reposts — within the limits of your plan and the settings you choose in your account area.
3. What the service does not do
- We never ask for your Instagram password.
- We do not log in to your account and we never post on your behalf.
- We have no access to your messages, your existing followers or your settings.
The service only reads public information from a public profile.
4. Your account with us
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for keeping your Papail password confidential and for activity carried out from your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. The Instagram account you entrust to us
By giving us a username, you confirm that the account is yours or that you are authorised to act on its behalf. The account must remain public: on a private profile our system sees nothing and can deliver nothing.
6. Free trial
A free trial is offered once per Instagram account and per person. No card is required and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends: if you do not choose a plan, the service simply stops.
7. Subscription, prices and renewal
Plans are monthly. Displayed prices are in US dollars; depending on the payment method, the amount may be shown and charged in another currency, at the rate displayed before you confirm.
Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically each month and the corresponding amount is charged. Unused credits from one month are not carried over to the next.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep the service until then, and no further charge is made.
9. What we do not guarantee
We commit to the quantities of interactions ordered for your plan, not to a business outcome. We do not guarantee a follower count on a given date, growth, sales, or any particular standing in Instagram's algorithms.
Instagram is a third-party service we do not control. Its rules, behaviour and decisions may change at any time and affect the outcome. Some delivered interactions may disappear over time; that is why automatic replacement is included, within the limits described on the site.
10. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for an account that is not yours without permission, or for unlawful, hateful, pornographic content, or content infringing the rights of others. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, with no refund for interactions already delivered.
11. Interruptions
We do our best to keep the service running, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical incident, or failure of an outside service we depend on.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you, on any basis, is capped at the amount you actually paid us over the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect losses, in particular lost profits or loss of reputation.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights your country's law gives you as a consumer and which cannot be waived.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in your account area before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Guinea. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
15. Contact
