Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026.
1. What we collect
- Your email address, to create your account and reach you.
- Your password, stored as an encrypted fingerprint. We cannot read it.
- The Instagram username you entrust to us, and public information from that profile: picture, follower count, recent posts.
- Your country, derived from your network address when the account is created, to show the right language and currency.
- Your payments: amount, date, status. We never see your card number — it is entered directly with our payment provider.
- Your settings and activity in the service: chosen quantities, posts handled, orders sent.
- Your support messages.
2. What we do not collect
We never ask for or hold any Instagram password. We have no access to private content on your Instagram account: no messages, no follower list, no internal statistics.
3. Why we use it
To deliver the service you ordered, charge your subscription, answer you when you write, detect abuse, and meet our accounting and legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We sell no data. We use the following providers, each for one specific task:
| Provider | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| ScrapeCreators | the Instagram username | read the profile's public posts |
| Just Another Panel, micosmm | a post link, or the username | deliver the ordered interactions |
| Lengo Pay | your name, the amount | collect the payment |
| Supabase | all account data | host the database |
| Vercel | your browser's requests | host the website |
These providers are located outside the European Union. Where a European resident's data is transferred to them, it is for the performance of the contract you entered into with us.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists, then twelve months after closure for usage data. Accounting records are kept for the period required by law. Instagram profile readings are deleted with the account.
6. Your rights
You may ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, or receive a copy. You may also object to certain processing. Write to us from our contact page: we reply within thirty days.
Deleting your account stops the service and erases your data, except where accounting obligations apply.
7. Cookies
The site sets a session cookie, needed to keep you signed in, and a language cookie that remembers your choice for a year. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no audience resale.
8. Security
Traffic to the site is encrypted. Passwords are stored as fingerprints, never in clear text. Our providers' keys are never exposed to the browser. Repeated sign-in attempts are blocked.
9. Children
The service is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Contact
Our contact page is the fastest route.
